 **Chest belt**

+When the heart beats, the electrical signals are transmitted through the body fluids to the skin. Electrodes can be attached there to measure the changes. The best place for such measurements is the chest, as it is closest to the heart.
 The combination of ring and belt allows both short-term changes and long-term developments to be observed. As the devices use different sensor technologies, they complement each other.
